Please include whether they are in contiguous highsec or a highsec island. Some organisations will hesitate to accept a POS bash contract that is located in non-contiguous highsec because they are concerned to take their gankfit pirate battleships through lowsec.

Obviously the location of the actual POS should be kept under wraps.
