Problems with Launcher and Extreme Lag

So I've been running 2 accounts simultaneously for the last 3 weeks without issue. Today when I turn on my computer, the Eve Launcher will not fully load (theres a line of grey space about halfway down the launcher that will not load into images), additionally, upon logging on, I am experiencing extreme delays when giving an action, such as Dscan, opening corp hangars, and boarding a ship. My internet connection isn't the best, but like i said its been fine for the last 3 weeks, and the connection is operating normally today. It seems like something local to my PC, i notice that my fan is not whirring as much as it usually does when trying to run Eve.. Any ideas?

Similar issues...but to add to it I can't log into eve website...only able to post here via cell phone

Similar issues. The background graphic takes forever to load (when/if it does) and on occasion the log-in fields don't appear, just gray. Been happening of and on for a couple weeks but seems to be happening more often.

my launcher has suddenly decided it doesn't work and requires repair or reinstall. This within the space of 2 minutes logging in 2 accounts. No amount of 'repairing' solves the issue.
