WTA: perfect Orca Booster - max EHP / max speed for WH, 0.0 and even Highsec

I want to sell / auction my sweet Orca pilot.

Boost your own fleet of up to 30 miners with MAXED highsec boost possible.
Even in WH and 0.0 you could support your miners with a nice boost compared to the Rorqual.

If the Rorqual booster logs in, you could be the best hauler with max speed!
Start ONE single cycle the afterburner and you are in warp after 10 seconds, instead 20 to 30 seconds compared to less focused Orca pilots.
Move your stuff in the WH or use the Orca to close the incoming / outgoing WHs to be alone :)

Fit a Damage Control II and Expanded Bulkheads II for amazing 200.000 EHP
(plus 3-5 % Imps for Hull and Shield for even more EHP)
