Character Bazaar

Hey there folks,

I'm coming back to the game after 6 months break and I am looking to purchase a new main combat toon since I sold my old one after some drama. Possibly some alts as well.

I realize I'm not gonna get exactly what I want, but:

> I crosstrained Caldari/Minmatar/Gallente character would be ideal as that was my old main's skillset.
> I do actually like missile boats so good missile skills are important
> Recon V; I love flying recons, this is a must
> Most t2 ships ready to be flown
> Indy waste is fine but don't expect me to pay for it
> super skills are 100% useless and cap skills are 90% useless to me
> Female avatar is preferable, I just like a pretty face staring back at me but it doesn't really matter

+ Hauler alt; orca/freighter/t2 transport pretty self explanatory, I was neg ten and planning on go neg ten again .
+ Possible second account character depending upon how things shake out:
