Your character is worth around 15 bill.
It is a focussed character with very good mission runner/pvp stats.
Lots of people out here who do nothing but resell and say lame **** like "I don't have more ISK then that".
You should just add a 15 bill buy out if you want rid of it fast it is an excellent pve monster.

Thank you, I did as you suggested, and set the buy out at 14 bil (hoping to spur a sale). She is a good character and a lot of fun to play.
