Character has TONS of lvl 5 skills. All armor and shield comp skills to 5, and some resource processing skills to 5.

Main focus was ore/ice harvesting.

Character is sitting in Amarr station and has a positive isk balance as shown on the eveboard. Some implants plugged in and nothing in assets or contracts laying around. No Kill rights for sale on him.

Eve character appraiser values at 5.2 bil. Asking 4 bil starting bid, 6 bil buyout.
