I'm pretty sure moving the thread implied neither of those since the new order is not an NPC corp, Empire faction, or any other credible authority in New Eden, likely the ISD rep simply moved it based on the content of the thread, IE a discussion of crime and punishment.
The ISD rep is welcome to correct me if in fact their motive was an agreement with that fallacy.

you guys through role playing enforce your "code" by virtue of force, intimidation or by folks being coerced or threatened into "compliance" which at the bottom line is nothing more than good old fashioned extortion in many respects.

Let's also not forget that just because some player and his/her followers wish to state that mining without following their rules, or paying them isks is illegal, makes it illegal when it's clearly not.


of course this is not to say that I don't wholeheartedly agree with the idea of removing those players and/or player accounts who do not follow the rules because I most certainly do.
those bots or those afk people who do not engage in convo or watch local, and those who would by botting, or afk mining exceed the normal timeframes of an "at the keyboard" player (as described by CCP in their blog concerning people AFK farming plexes), are all fair game imho.

I simply think it's paramount to remain grounded in truth and facts, not delusions of grandeur.

With all the thread bounces lately I've seriously been considering a game of volley ball. If we sell shares will it bounce to market discussions? Or proper ammo truck fits push it to ships? Then maybe all the talk of sov mechanics means it should really be in warfare and tactics. /sarcasm>

What staging system should I start shipping bombs and torps to e1?

I will forward our intel and staging information shortly. My power is out, and I am currently overseeing a live bonus round via texting my esteemed agents.

Speaking of shares and fundraising...

As much and as interesting as all this is.

I don't see this going far. The little that was attempted by the CODE so far was pushed back so quickly they had no ability to defend or push back. I also doubt they even have the ability to defend or push back.

I would suggest the CODE stick to what they know. Which is suicide runs on unsuspecting people, right now this is just making you look silly.
