* Ability to reconfigure T3's at SMA's
* Rework solar system map so BM pins stay bright instead of dimming and disappearing into the dark background
* Merge 'deadspace signatures' and WH's so they sit in the same location, being decloaked by them is annoying
* Make sig ID's carry over through downtime
* Fix polarization: used to shed the effect after jumping through a different WH, now it stays

- 2nd Mid on Amarr Dessie (Coercer?) and Retribution. If that feels OP move that from a High/Low slot.

- PI: Please give it some form of API download, even if its just simple stuff so we can build notifications. It would be nice to know remotely that planet XX will end its extraction just before I get home from work / wake up. :)

When at a belt, highlight the current belt in the right-click menu.

Similarly apply to planets, station, customs offices, etc - any of the celestials in the right-click menu.

Whether it's directors only can cancel, or only the job starter can cancel (like corp Market Orders), doesn't matter - either way fixes the problem.

This fixes a massive hole in probably a couple of lines of code.

2. Loyalty Point Store - please add a Quantity option to cash in multiples of the same offer at once.

I would also like to see this extended to Corp Market orders. Allow Directors or anyone with the correct role to adjust or cancel a corporate market order.

  • Larger overheat buttons
  • More PG/CPU for Deimos. a HAC should be able to field T2 Neutrons without sacrificing all it's tank.
  • Ewar support skills should apply to ewar drones.
  • more ewar drones. (also T2 variants)
  • Shorter cycle time on target painters please. makes using them annoying.
  • The Myrmidon should be able to field 4 heavies, she does Vexor DPS as it stands. that would put her on even keel with the other tier 2 boats.
  • lower the LP cost of modules/ships. by the time a missioner can use something, he/she has outgrown the need.
  • Especially guns/launchers, they perform worse than T2 yet cost way more. a LP variant should cost at most the cost of a T2 variant, via LP store. (1lp=1,000 isk on average)
  • Recall fleet broadcast settings to save by ship type. There are times when I want to fly logi, and don't need to see primary calls. Other times, I want to fly DPS, but don't need to see every idiot screaming for cap/rep.

You know what drives me freaking insane?

I update my appearance. But when I jump to a new clone, the appearance hasn't saved. So when I jump back, I have to redo my character appearance all over again. They should save how we left them, not how they look when we made them. I'm seriously tired of jumping to a clone, redoing it's appearance Then jump out, and redoing the new clones appearance. Then jump into the first clone and fine that its appearance has reverted and I have to do it all over again. Makes me want to 0.o >=( at it.

Remove the 'charges only' restriction on ships placed in carrier SMAs. For those of us who actually use carriers as a method of moving fitted backup ships, it is the most irritating thing to be unable to pick up ships because someone left a corpse or a bookmark or a spare stasis webifier in the cargo.

Fix carriers and dreads suddenly deciding to bump each other 50km+ suddenly while in siege too close together. Maybe coming up with a better way to handle how the 'unbumpability' effect in siege/triage would be helpful.

Lastly, it's a 'big' little thing, but smoothing various 'transition' effects would be pretty awesome. Jumping between systems, losing a ship, boarding a new ship from an SMA or carrier, fitting a new mod from an SMA or carrier, undocking - they're all very clunky and involve that irritating loading bar, a couple weird transitional screens as the old stuff unloads and new stuff loads, etc.

Would it be possible to make it so that if you have a wreck open with items inside it and it gets salvaged, the resulting cargo can opens automatically if it's within range? Minor thing, but irritating when salvaging/looting simultaneously.

What I would like to see is an addition to the fleet window

On top give it a line where the fleet is atm *static and automatic
Second line: give it a line what destination the fleet is heading *static and automatic when broadcasted
3rd line: let the FC broadcast here (e.g. shiptypes, warnings, orders) *free and scrollable

That will take care of the most commonly asked questions:
Where is the fleet
Where are you guys heading
What shiptypes needed.

I do most emphatically *not* support this idea. Cloakers are already way too protected in null (especially the AFK kind), no need to make them completely invincible by even withholding the basic information that they are in the same solar system as you.

Cloaking should truly make you disappear.

Again, I do not support this. How are defending forces supposed to track you down once you've cloaked? There's no way ever how they are going to find you; they won't even know you're there. From a gameplay perspective this brings even more unbalance to the whole cloaky thing.

I'm sure this has been said already but:

  1. Rework the POS Production UI. Overall this interface is far behind the quality of most eve UI. There are times when it seems to get stuck in "Starting Up" mode. There should be some indication when it's going to switch to "Active." I'm afraid this will fold into the complete rework of the POS/tower system I heard mentioned in the fuel block posts.
  2. Allow T3 ships to be assembled in wspace and for their subsystems to be switched in wspace. No real good reason to prevent this.
  3. Reduce gamma blast of white clouds in certain missions/anomalies.
  4. Better access control over CHA and SMA in POS. For example, allow arrays/hangars to be accessible only to certain roles. The way it functions now we all swear CCP wants to encourage corp theft by making it impossible for CEOs to come up with logical corp controls.

I have to admit, Team Papercuts did some awesome work. Nearly every change they made, small as it may seem, will make a huge impact on my gameplay and I can't wait to see those changes on Tranq.

Here's a little feature ...

When you get webified, instead of your top speed showing "max" nerfed speed with blue bars, can you show a RED speedometer to show that our top speed is getting reduced and it makes it very clear we're being webbed and how much rather than thinking we're going full speed :
