Scram and/or disruptor should disable docking. Jita 4-4 needs less DERP.

Is it that much of a stretch to say that scram/disruptor disrupts the docking process? I'm not for more ways to blow people up here, the current docking mechanic makes for some very, very silly station games.

Since there's no challenge in the fight itself, I think the current mechanics are fine. This way you and your gang of farmer friends aren't guaranteed the kill.
Bump the target. The times when I've been farmed on the undock, I got bumped by some very talented guys.

In 3/4 of space this is not an issue due to aforementioned docking rights. It's your choice to stay in an area with different mechanics.

It does already, if you are warp scrammed/warp distrupted you can't warp to the station to dock. ofc if you at the station you do not need to warp to it so can just dock though I suppose you can say the warp sram/warp disruptor can stop you docking at a diferent station than the one you are at so maybe you already got what you are asking for to a big degree just didn't realise it ?

Also when you are doing elite pvp on the undock do you sit in docking range or are you an honourable 20km's off it ?

What 4-4 needs is a massive nerf to the 80km wide undock it currently enjoys.

Nerf it to 1km.

Also prevent docking from the top/bottom/back end of the station that is further away than 1km from the undock spot.

Instant station gamer tears.
