Planning on having both the Legion and Tengu finished (for on/offgrid shield/armor boosts + Info/Skirm)

Have all leadership skills at V, except FC (IV) and the mining links.
Can fly ALL commandships @ V
Decent core skills, if there is interest of developing this pilot into an ongrid combat booster.

Positive wallet and sec status, no corp history.
Has 1 clone with a set of +5's.

Looking at starting this auction at 12B isk
Buyout at 16B isk

Not enough for a buyout mate, but if you happen to be highest at the end of the auction its you'rs (assuming your offer is still valid by then)

I woulds be willing to go as far as 14.5billion . Pretty hard to justfy 15billion for less the 30mill sp.
