I'll be going to my Java class, reading a book on mySQL, and dealing with a phone interview for a job in a few hours anyway. I guess the downtime isn't the worst thing ever. :P

Same issue. Ran the repair tool, no change.

Patcher version: v.2.1.613956
Game version: 8.33.630374

UPDATE!

Launched the game again, it asked me to download a new patch. And then failed.

Just had the same. Fired up the client and incompatible build. Ran the repair tool and just had a prompt come up for a new build.

However upon hitting yes for the new build i get:

There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status:

Unable to download file /590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe from the server.
Error: url //cdn1.eveonline.com/590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe not found

However it redirects to --> http://community.eveonline.com/support/download/

Edit: Re-ran the launcher which had downloaded the new build succesfully and logged me in.

Just restarted my launcher, got patch, logged in fine. Recommend all of you who still struggle try again now. :)
