So wait, racism in that occasion exists, but the cause of it is due to a clash between varying Minmatar tribes..

And yet it's a Federal issue, if they do nothing they're criticised for allowing racism, if they do something they're criticised for interfering with people's culture.

Damned if you do..

And if they don't they're wrong for not doing something!

While I generally have to agree with the spirit of your post, how exactly does this differ from the other three nations, the guris, the blood cults, the egger empires of null etc? Can you point me at any conceivable entity an IGS poster could profess loyalty for that wouldn't face the exact same derision?

Rule #1 actually seems to be: "It's always your fault. Always. And don't you forget it, no matter how far into the past it was."

Actually, I'd say only the Empire gets used as much as a scapegoat as the Federation does, the State and the Republic have long been able to play the underdog card for the sympathetic side of the argument.

Also I've seen people being more sympathetic to the Guristas than I have either the Federation or the Empire, that concerns me.

Pretty much, yes. I think the Federation's only failing in that particular case was in not recognising the potential for discrimination by a Federal Matari towards another Federal Matari over the issue of Tribal origin. To the Federation, both are Matari, their Tribe is irrelevant in Federal Law so obviously one cannot racially discriminate against the other.

Frankly, that should concern any law abiding citizen of any of the Core Empires. We may have our squabbles, but the real threat to the cluster lies in the organised pirate groups. We've each got our major problems on that score, whether it be the Blooders for the Amarr, the Guristas for the Caldari, Serpentis and the Angels for both the Federation and the Republic, or Sansha's Nation for everyone. Sympathy for any of them simply lets their poison spread further and further.

Oh Democracy where we are allowed to be stupid, where we are allowed to be under informed and we are allowed to elect the most inbred trash the Galaxy has to offer.

This is why I love the Gallente way of life, if the population elects an idiot like this then they deserve what they get and for the rest of our citizens it shows just how stupid their world or district is. Wonderful entertainment value as well.

Should one seed just a few details of something atrocious… oh, how one could so steer the masses.

You mean something like getting spies into our highest ranks in order to sow dissent/discord? I hear that can work.

Perhaps she is, perhaps she isn't, but none the less an observation worthy of consideration.

I like how any actual substance is now dismissed from my statements. Lol

Is the truth that hard to stomach? Or are you all really that dead-set in your little worlds that the truth practically shatters them?

Either way, it's cute.

Please continue.

To be fair to them, Isis, you've given them every reason to not take you very seriously. You've become something of a Diana Kim-like punchline.

No I pretty much said we have some back water worlds and ignorant people within our little Empire, however we also have our ways to publicly shame and laugh at them during the political process. If anything we are slow to act but passionate within our own borders...Hell even the Minmatar threw dreads at us and we aren't at war.
