I'm well aware of that, that plenty of people have tried and none succeeded. In my mind that does not justify kicking her for no other reason than "because it's funny and she's morally reprehensible, so it's okay." Plenty of Capsuleers have tried to help her, I'm not sure how many of us can. We're not psychotherapists in the main. With very few exceptions the majority of us have not had the relevant training to help someone like her. As for her crew... If I could do anything, I would.

We live in dark times, citizens. But the darkness shouldn’t blind our vigilance. Gallentean rats penetrated our society on different levels, and are destroying us from inside. This must be stopped.

I always told you, that those, who were against Tibus Heth, are gallentean supporters. But you didn’t hear me, and this is what you received. Our Executor and hero lost his power and was abducted by Sansha beasts. Our titan destroyed by filthy gallentean scum. Our defensive perimeter around Caldari Prime was dissipated. Half of our planet is populated by gallentean swines. And one of our megacorp CEOs disgraced himself and ashamed the whole State by crawling to gallenteans on his knees, begging for planet access.

You didn’t believe me back then. But now even incompetent gallentean press, that stolen document from incompetent gallentean security forces, have published it to show heavy gallentean involvement in anti-Heth movement in the State. This means only one thing: those, who supported such movement are traitors, threat to the State and must be disposed of.

I have started already thorough screening of my crews on the subject of sympathy towards gallenteans, sansha or signs of disrespect of Tibus Heth. Five traitors were executed so far by myself in person in front of other crewmembers. Their bodies were disposed of without any honors. And their families were notified about this disgrace.

Provists are gone, and the fate of the State lies in our hands now. No one will hold our hands anymore, and it is our duty to exterminate traitors and maintain high ideals of new meritocracy ourselves. Find and destroy elements, that were acting against Tibus Heth not by order, but by their own will. Find those, who were agitating against Tibus Heth. And destroy.

Screen your own crews. Watch for employees, agents and even your superiors. Spies and gallente supporters can hide anywhere! We must purge them, clean the State and our names. Apprehend suspicious workers. Destroy capsuleers, and their ships. Everyone, who were against Tibus Heth are either actual gallentean spies or their supporters.

Show them no mercy! Traitors must be destroyed, and dignity of the State restored.

Kim admits, over public boards, to the murder of State citizens, without trial, and in front of witnesses. Simply for not thinking the way she would want them to.

Hardly, albeit I can see how it is interpreted that way. It's just puzzling. You kept on telling how gallente want to bring us down from within, but never been able to provide solid evidence.
You also kept on claiming many times in the Summit channel that Gallente are lying bastards who should never be believed lest you fall victim to their hedonistic lifestyle.

Now you choose a leaked Gallente document, published to unveil gallente undercover operations in the State by a gallente corporation, the Scope to rage against them. This can mean a few things:

-You believe gallente speak the truth, and assist you in unveiling it, thereby it follows you are helped by the gallente, and needed them for the evidence.
-You still believe gallente are lying, yet support their lies as truth, wich means you assists whatever agenda Gallente Intelligence would have when Caldari Loyalists take gallente lies as truth.

Ah, so your plan to defeat the Federation and do away with its ideals is to go so far in the opposite direction via suspicion, control of ideas, tormenting dissenters, and disappearing those who refused to be silenced that you'll actually make us look good in comparison to the State?

You see, the thing about Diana Kim is that she's technically Disenfranchised. She does not enjoy the support of one of the Mega corporations, she is simply a contractor for the State Protectorate.

This means that her crew are ALSO technically Disenfranchised, with no Mega corporation to intercede on their behalf. They are, quite literally, without the normal rights a State citizen would enjoy. When they join Diana's 'company' she becomes the sole arbiter of their guilt or innocence. She has the right to declare them traitors to the State and execute them, at least in Low Security space.

Now, to be sure, she has a duty to provide a frame work of laws and the apparatus of enforcement, but if she gets a bit carried away, there really is no recourse under law.
