Same here and since 30minutes before DT on Tranquility, Tranquility 's launcher say "ONLINE CONTENT UNAVAILABLE
Online content is unavailable due to a problem with our servers. You may still patch and launch the game.

Still could log by ..CCP/Bine/exefile.exe
