aye but Graygor, I've quit caffeine. it's good for emergencies but it affects my mood. ADD and dopamine--I've rearranged my life around it, caffeine being one consideration, and I feel like a kid again in terms of mood, and energy level, and overall well-being. Caffeine does bad things to me after its kick has worn off, so I'm leaving it behind as a military workaholic phase in my 20s.
