so what you are telling me is ccp has a business partner and they are both rich from it. and this is somehow bad... cuss this is some parallel universe where the communist won and capitalism is illegal.

its like when plex was made.... its not that ccp does not like rmt they want to make sure they get a cutt of the rmt. otherwise that seller is steeling from ccp hands.

what ccp has to make clear is there is sanctioned RMT and non sanctioned RMT.

More like: a particular player is allowed to RMT in a roundabout way for hundreds of thousands of dollars, while other players that attempt to RMT (source | source | source | source) in the same exact way are threatened by CCP.

as i recall dns black thread was unlocked and from the article the person attempting to commit rmt got away with it...

it seems there are guidelines that can be followed but they are just not that clear just yet.

I've read the explanations, seen the badly drawn flow charts. Its totally not the same as money for isk/ingame item/characters.

The simple fact is that it is purely a bonus in the service which is gambling.

RMT is purely money for item/isk.

This is an affiliation payment for referring GTC purchases which is incentivised by blink credit which can mean you win stuff.

If he took the incentive away he'd still make **** loads of cash

I go to a reseller site and spend $35 and get a GTC or......
I go to SOMER and spend $35 on their associates and get a GTC and some stuff on SOMER.

Result: I got extra stuff and spent an extra:

$0.00

If I get ISK, but spent no extra real money, why is it RMT?
