It's that stuff we make from hydraulic fluid back on Intaki Prime.

I never saw a can get taken from or a wreck looted from a cloaked ship, but I have "ghosted" players in mission rooms and had all of their stuff looted and salvaged before they came back with their own salvage ship.

I call that REAL Ninja Salvaging. Real ninjas don't get seen.
