Well its been sometime since a Chicago EVE meetup. I am reaching out to you guys to see when & where you would like to do the next meetup. In the past we have been to the Tilted Kilt in both the locations of downtown Chicago & Schaumburg. Let me know yours thoughts.

Myself and my fiance currently live in Michigan, but return to visit my family in Chicago pretty often. We'd definately make the trip, count us in for 2.

I live up in the Chicago northwest burbs and would be interested in meeting with some local players. Schaumburg would work best for me as well. What did you have in mind?

New year? Thats months away. How about sometime before? How much interest would there be, about meeting sometime in november? Just for a few hours, over some drinks. If you are interested, post- and we can set something up really quickly, and easily. I would rather meet informally more frequently, than meeting infrequently only when 'everyone' can make it. You know?

I'm sure I could swing something over the next weekend or two before Thanksgiving week. If not, some weekend in December. I agree, don't wait until next year. I'm up in Buffalo Grove, so something northwest of the city would be best for me, though the Metra is always a possibility.

I've just started playing Eve and there seems to be a huge learning curve coming from other MMOs. I live in Chicago and was curious if there were any get togethers being planned and if so I could tag along? Maybe someone could even offer some pointers :) . I was also curious if there is a Chicago corp that I could join? Anyway I hope everyone on here had a great holiday

I'm down for hanging out with another EVE player. I haven't been playing for some time now, but i can definetely give you some pointers. If you're up for meeting downtown tonight I get off work here in an hour, pm me your contact info and ill reach out to you.

We really should try to setup a Chicago meet, maybe sometime in January since it didn't work out the last two months. A question for everyone as well. Does anyone know of any LAN parties that happen regularly or semi-regularly up towards the northwest suburbs (where I live)? I used to get together with friends once or twice a month to game and don't really know anyone in this area who does.

I dont know of any LAN parties anywhere here in Illinois, but I'm sure there are still some gaming centers around here that could be rented out for something like a LAN party.
