steam accounts?

So here it is, i opened up a ticket asking on how am i supposed to login with steam account because as well we bought the game via that platform we don't really get a proper account name or password, licterally from support " The only option for a Steam account is to log in through the Steam client, as you have no separate account name and password like a non-Steam account. ".

I'm able to login into EVE TQ normally by clicking "login with steam " but there's no option on SiSi for that.

How do we get this done?

You can't. Its one of a number of issues with steam accounts (they can't accept character transfers is an example of another)
