So, with links going on grid can we fix drug boosters?

Can't we start with some basics first?

a) The high-sec mechanic for drugs is awful. Doesn't add to the enjoyment of gameplay.
b) Not being able to contract drugs, awful.

Fixing these things would almost be useful. So I'm not counting on it.
