Simple suggestion:
Move a low to a mid.

Why?
It allows the Raven to mount the 2 TPs needed to do decent torp damage + a reasonable amount of tank.
Thoughts?


Edit: As an extra note, this also fits with the general Caldari theme of the gunboats having more lows with the missileboats having more mids. Pretty irrelevant to game balance in general but what the hell.

How dare you threaten to take away one of my lows. i need that low... i love that low... Raven isn't a PVP ship anyways so your suggestions would just gimp its PVE usage with no net gain.
