Sure, why not, they can also be done in an armor tanked autocannon tengu. But who needs C3 sites when you can do the following: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=282054&find=unread

Crazy thought. Why not test it. Take covert ops and make a spot 200km out. Warp in something that can tank. See if your I get shot.

Probably take you less time than monitoring this thread for an answer.

yes prob, just wonder if you know they can lock at 200km because naga sniper have like 4000ehp and 2 shot from bs could 1 shot it ,

so curious if it possible, that could be nice way do sites and much cheaper than rr domi or stuff like this and safer

this isnt true. (well, it's only true of guardian BSs which you dont get in C3s.)
you can kite C5 sites in a tengu so you can probably kite C3 sites in a naga.
it sounds like a highly inefficient way to run C3s sites though.

The lasers wont hit you. But the missiles probs will. I havent tested out to 200km plus but ive been at 170km and still taken heavy damage.

Best way to do them is not to be cheap and bring a tengu, loki or legion. They can easily be soloed with a 600M fit, that you can make back in less than 6h if you salvage in an alt. Doing these in naga fleets might be a thing, but tbh, there's really no need to reinvent the wheel here.

In my experience if you land outside their range they will close the gap very quickly. There are easier ways to do C3 sites.

If RR domis are expensive to you, you're doing something wrong.
If getting 2 shot from BS is considered safer then I think you're also doing something wrong.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
