So how bad did the economy just get screwed by Amazon?

How about you **** up the economy a bit more, maybe some rare ship give-aways, maybe selling PLEX at low prices in US vs EU, maybe get a grip of yourselves and actually realise that your dumb decision making is screwing people over that invest time and money in this game. EvE is noted for it's economy, you have done just about pretty everything you can the last few weeks to demonstrate you have no idea how it works.

How about another "yeah we're sorry, it won't happen again, we talked with the council etc etc bullshit post".

Nobody believes you anymore, you are just another grabbing studio too busy skimming whatever you can off the top while you can and losing interest in the principles.

You do know banging plex into the system does not put new isk into the game hence it not really mattering. but good job in not knowing how eve works into getting trolled in to thinking eve markets are going to crash or whatever.

It puts cheap isk into peoples pockets which has an obvious impact on balance

The economy being screwed, as in eve economy. As someone mentioned above amazon made a mistake (or CCP wanting to crash the marked) and sold 3 plexes for 5 US dollars.

eve reddit has a post saying that amazon is only letting you redeem the first 4 sets, and any purchases above were refunded, so that's what i was going off of, hence the word 'apparently'.

Fair enough. Curious if this is something that was added after they found it though. Imagine 99% of people who bought redeemed and sold immediately to avoid exactly that scenario.

Amazon only let me buy 4 plex deals (12 plex total) per account, then I had to swap account.

I bought 4 deals on many accounts, but no more than 4 per account

ah, i've never purchased through amazon, so no idea how that works.

do you have to link your eve account to the amazon account, and then it automatically sends the plex to your redeem system?

i doubt CCP is going to negative wallet anyone because it was amazon's **** up. i won't be surprised if some of the more extreme purchases get cancelled/refunded though.
