Transfering has been locked? For some reason... Toon has never been banned so I am awaiting GM response..

Tracking ID of the support ticket is 3421543


Im not sure if I Should hold or refund buyers isk until I figure out what is going on...... awaiting response from some kind of offical

Talked in game with seller, possibly this is due to the fact that he changed his password within the last day or so? I don't know, but seller seemed forthright about the situation.

He has filed a petition, so I will let his petition play out for a day or so before taking any action of my own.

confirming I have talked to the buyer. We have agreed on 12-24 hours of leway time before I refund his isk. I read in this link:

that a password change can cause it have to be manually done. So im going to wait and see if they do it. I dont want to refund sellers isk because of the manual transfer.
