Possibly.

They did say they wanted to do it. It would be cool, so long as it's outsourced entirely and CCP don't waste potential development pay checks on it.

It was talked about at fanfest, as a possible HBO mini-series. The director has done one with HBO before, if I understood correctly.

So yes, the great wars will be in there, among many other big stories of Eve Online.

its a good think they don't plan to do a simultaneous events system like Defiance, because you just know someone would try to gank the in game ships/characters etc. with something. I wouldn't like to see CCP cancel the show after the main characters get blown up suddenly in the middle of an episode.
