Out of Game Events and Gatherings

I have seen a few posts like this one go up and a number of replies, yet no event.
I want to go ahead and start an event in the HR area that 'hopefully' can become a regular thing.

If this will be a regular event I would like to leave it open for suggestion and ideas from people.

WHERE- HR area of VA
I would like to determine this by the response of the community. If we only have a few dozen people that would like
to come then we could do a large pub/eatery event. Accommodating for a larger event would take a little more planning
and possibly some fundraising.

WHEN- Open for discussion. Again, a smaller gathering would need much less time to coordinate.
An idea of late Nov. - early Dec. would be ideal for a smaller gathering, while a late
Jan. - early Feb. would be an option for larger numbers? These I thought were reasonable times as for people
with holiday/new year plans would have time to get RL settled.

WHO- Anyone and EVERYONE
Calling all EVE capsuleers and Dust mercs. bring your friends, family, and neighbors.


I cant say that I'm the best to be spearheading this, but I would like this to happen very much. Any and all input would be welcome for this. Hopefully we can get enough people together for Dev interest.
