Setting up PVP Corp, and would like some advice?

I have created a very small corp with some new PVP characters, and will try and recruit members once I get a good PVP program setup.

Goals

1) To be able to log in EVE and PVP for a few hours and move on.
2) Wanted it in High Sec, to allow for easy ship replacements and mods from HS couriers.
3) Want it to allow anyone in Corp to enjoy the fun.
4) Want as many RED's/Targets as possible, don't care if we are out numbered.
5) Maintain my own identity and corp, not join another corp... VERY IMPORTANT....

What I think may work.
1) Wardec Medium sized PVP corp or corps that are common to area that I want corp to base. Only corps that enjoy PVP and will participate willfully.
2) Create an Alliance and allow other small corps to join and participate in PVP wars, rather than have to join my corp.

What I don't want.
1) To join (as stated above) RVB because I want these two characters to be corp pure for the long term (sort of RP)
2) Base in Null and wait hours to find or hunt fights (been there and it's boring TBH)..not enough fighting.
3) Base in LOWSEC as it will be too difficult to get quality shipments to replace items, as well as cost of replacements. More the hassle really of getting gear. I also feel it will be harder to get corps to join alliance.
4) Deal with FW fails (LowSec as well).

My Budget
1) I have funds to afford a 2b monthly expense and another 4 or 5b to spend on setting it up.

Before I follow through, I was looking for input to see if my logic is sound or is there a better way.

Come check out Black Rise in low-sec. I literally log on and find a fight within 5 minutes. You can be a pirate or part of one of the militias, but for now, I suggest just buying some frigates, moving into Ichoriya/Onnamon and flying into low sec and seeing how it goes.

If you're willing to spend 2bil a month on PvP, spending 100mil a week for a JF (maximum) into low-sec is easily your best choice. I support my PvP habits with about 2 JF a month, ~170mil through BlackFrog.

Also, high-sec PvP seems to be all station games and gatecamps. Why would you ever want to do that?

The idea of RVB is a good I feel, but don't know how it has actually worked out for them in regard to game play.
I really don't care if the battle is against us, as that makes for an interesting story and learning experience.
I wouldn't just want it to be gate camp abuse though either.

The goal is to develop a long term strategy that can allow a positive PVP experience for myself and others all the while allowing players to maintain their own identities... I have other characters that have two dozen corps in the history, so this time around I want 10 years of one corp... It's like looking at the label of a rare wine ....just pretty!.
Where all players can maintain a positive security status while combat is active (So concord legal targets).

I feel that Low Sec will be the option if I can't make something happen in HS, but it's more a last resort.
Just seeing if the mechanics can work for a HS (Fair Game) play style.
Of course High Sec Camps are nothing like Low or Null, so not nearly as problematic.

thanks for the input though.

NOTE: Has anyone had a good combat experience with mutual PVP participation in HS with a WarDec, other than RVB which I know about... If so, can you share the tactic?

Make sure you have a team of 6-12 people who will help you out. You need IT people to run websites and voice servers, you need FCs, you need JF pilots, you need diplomats, you need HR people, you need people to manage courier contracts, etc, etc, etc. It is a lot of work to manage a corp in Eve, even a small lowsec one. My advice would be to scrap the idea of creating your own corp, as it will most likely fail. If it does start to succeed, it will be by your shear effort which will cause you to burn out then your corp will die. Either join an established corp that will give you the ability to "lead" and accomplish your goals or find a bunch of other like minded people who are trying to start their own corps and merge.

I know you said you didn't want to merge or join another corp, but just by the fact that you posted on this forum asking these questions you have to realize you are in way over your head. I don't mean to be harsh and I'm actually trying to help.

Yes, wise in ... I've been there and still have a character who is enlisted with the Amarr faction and it isn't the style of PVP game that I prefer. Didn't mean to step on a FW pro's party with a negative comment about their dream...though... my bad.

Other Wise.... Andra

I can see you've had some first hand experience running a corp on EVE as a business.... I've started and ran corps with 40 plus members over the years, and have another character now I play sometimes that is in a Null corp that has over 300 plus members. Corps don't have to be that complicated, just in agreement to the structure and like minded goal. Most corps as is don't trust anyone in corp and just have a temp agreement to not shoot one another while they play their own games and back each other up when it suites them.

The question is still open though..
Is there a better game mechanic to get HS PVP going other than what I've already presented. Again the goal is to not have a Null or Low Corp experience, as they already exist in plenty.

Thanks for the responses though

If you are looking for fights, wardec some merc corps. Best option for hisec.

Break-a-Wish, Pendulum of Doom, MAD, Marmite... they will all fight.... and give you a run for your money.

Is there any "proper" PVP to be had in HS as a PVP corp? Pretty sure it amounts to station games, out of corp alts boosting and neutral logi. So I guess that's what you would need, out of corp alts for boosting and neutral logi.

If this were true, that'd mean highsec PvP would be more fail than lowsec FW fails.

The OP is obviously an expert, why he came here to ask us rabble for suggestions is beyond me.

I recommended you learn how to play the game and pvp before attempting this. If you have no pvp experience you can't possibly even begin to run a pvp corp. Also pvp does not exist in high sec.
