Someone said it showed "50m^3" for volume, but I didn't know if that's packed or unpacked (sounds like packed to me). Can someone confirm?

Come on, CCP. Show use something. Even just a tease hint would be nice, but here are some things I would like to know (be teased with)...

Actual unpacked (ready to rock and roll) volume?
Do they have to be anchored (like containers)?
If so, is there a min range limit to anchoring them too close to one another?
Are they usable in 0.8, 0.9, and 1.0 space or are they limited to 0.7 and below (again, like anchorable containers)
Cargo size?
Can they be agressed (by rats I mean, I have no doubt players can agress them either way)
Are they passworded / anyone can pull from them / suspect timer for theft?

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

That's strange. Show info volume attribute is 100m^3.

What I wonder is, will NPCs attack it? If not, you could drop it when you begin your mission. Since it tractors the wrecks/cans one by one, it would be the most efficient way to use it. It would be vulnerable to ninja looters, but efficient.

If NPCs do attack it, you could drop it only after killing every one of them and you'd have to wait for it to finish its business to come with a noctis fitted with a full rack of Salvagers.

Another point is, will they allow the mission environment to despawn when completing the mission? Or will they act like a ship still present in the pocket? It does matter, since in that case some missions would be dangerous for the Noctis to come after completing the mission (Dread Pirate Scarlet comes in mind).

I believe CCP stated at Vegas that these structures would not be attacked by npcs.

From what I would tell, it appears there may be no limit on the amount you can set out, and much like with cans, they must be 5km from anything else.
