While not a direct fan of the "we use cool text to try and make CCP look better" (as always there's fine line between doing it right and overdoing it), there's lots of win in there, most of it was already known but still I really do like the way this is shaping up.

It's difficult to put it in numbers or words but if you log into sisi, try all sorts of UI stuff and little updates and THEN you undock into the new nebulas and all the new eye candy, it just makes for a completely revamped experience. Doesn't mean I agree to everything that's be done so far (or how it's been done) but I respect the fact that I can visibly notice that something's been done.

Ccp needs to keep at least one coder assigned to doing small things like this cause these changes are great.

Oh my god yes to the JB map change.

though this sort of obsoletes the 200+ bookmarks I put on gates between JBs to travel quickly.

The blog lists quite a few things the team has finished, but not all! Everything is up on SiSi now to discover. All of the features (except a few surprises) will be listed on the release patch notes. We'd love to get your feedback, and, as always, if you find defects, please let us know.

See you in game!

Although I have heard of most of these, some of the ones I haven't heard about are absolutely gorgeous. The Jump Bridge thing is fantastic... except for coalitions and allies and the like, but still a step in the right direction!

We had about 3 weeks of downtime before starting up our next project and were asked if we would like to help out with Crucible, the Winter 2011 EVE expansion. We (all being EVE players) accepted and were formed into Team Papercuts with one goal: Get as many cool features as possible into EVE in only 3 weeks.

Imagine if they had 18 months instead of 3 weeks!

Dev blogs to fap to. Eve has them.

CCP, keep up the good work like this and you'll still have me as a subscriber in 2021, come hell, high water or combat deployment in everyone's least favourite country.

Now imagine how much amazing stuff these guys could have accomplished for Eve if their skills and talents were not being squandered on WoD

Not that I'm in ANY way complaining... You've done a fabulous job of keeping us all in the loop with changes and showing them off, thank you all very much!

...But the expectation level for the surprise(s) you keep touting is rising with every tease when compared to the level of awesome you've already shown us.

You're raising your own bar here.... :)

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Oft requested feature, thank you for implementing this!

Another time saver, very nice!

Lastly, under the solar system map, you’ll find a new option on the Lines tab, which allows you to display Jump Bridges belonging to your alliance.

Never thought of that, looks good!

I'm liking all these "stocking stuffer" features. Its little things like this that make EVE go from good game to great game.

I’ll mention here is the ability to rearrange targeted items to your liking. Now you logistics minded pilots can group all of the bad guys together for ‘shooties’ and good guys together for ‘reppies’ regardless of the order they were targeted in.

Yay
