Pyre Falcon's corporate ethics review board have just completed a detailed investigation into a number of independent allegations made against several employees in the administration and flight crew divisions.

The Corporate Ethics Review Board is an adhoc group of corporate lawyers and security personnel who are assembled when Management believes that an investigation is urgently needed, independent of the usual command structures and corporate security teams. CERB's are famous for being answerable only to the Executor and senior staff. This particular CERB was called into being by Operative Tuulinen-haan for the purpose of looking into rumours of the growth of a sub-community within the Corporation's membership.

The CERB investigated for three weeks and came to the conclusion that 152 employees had violated their employment agreement by 'acting in contravention of established Corporate Ethics' and 'in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace.'

Thirty four hours of testimony was heard at the final hearing. The Tribunal voted unanimously that all 152 employees were in breach of contract and their employment should be immediately terminated 'with cause', forfeiting all pay and benefits. Employees and their dependents were given 8 hours notice to immediately vacate Kaalakiota property.

A foreign contractor, 2nd Lieutenant Vhurik Guiras of the Imperial Navy, has had his contract terminated without prejudice and with full payment, although he has been declared 'Persona non Grata' within Kaalakiota territory, with an application to bar him from re-entering the State.

In a surprise move an un-named foreign Corporation operating out of Reynire system in Placid, offered generous employment contracts to the newly disenfranchised former employees. Arrangements have been made for transit out to Reynire system.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

As President of the tribunal for Pyre Falcon Defence Combine CERB-045-A1 I confirm the details as outlined to be factually correct with determinations and assessments made upon evidence presented during the review process.

Is the subject of the CERB results open to public inquiry? Specifically, can the cause for 2nd Lieutenant Vhurik Guiras's employment termination be elaborated upon?

I don't really understand why this is being posted to the Summit, I confess. It's a bit of a tease, getting us all excited by spooling out the cool, level bureaucratic tones of Pieter's report and then declining to elaborate on the naughtiness that provoked it.

I suspect the employee in question was not wearing the proper eye wear.

What necessity? Surely Pyre Falcon doesn't have legal reporting requirements to the Intergalactic Summit of all places.

It does not. Reporting continues to be made to relevant securities exchanges and administrative bodies.

The disclosure in question was flagged and made available as being, "Of interest," by Operative Tuulinen to the Intergalactic Summit.

The subject was flagged for publication because it involved an arrangement entered into with a foreign but allied capsuleer and due to the current tension regarding infiltration of the State by foreign intelligence services.

Anybody that considers themselves directly concerned by this event can, of course, contact me privately.

Nice to see that even in a fringe area such as Black Rise that the rule of law is still being enforced. Before becoming a Capsuleer, I had family out that way. I remember 'acting in contravention of established Corporate Ethics' and 'in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace' being the least of sins back in the Kurala constellation.

Though I now disagree with the State on a few key issues, I would prefer those areas be civilized by the Corporations rather then remain the way they are. Thank you for your efforts, Pyre.
