Strange Patch

I'm currently partway through a patch which the launcher decided that it needed to download. It was a large patch, and when I first looked at it, it seemed very similar to the Rubicon patch I downloaded on the test server. After asking corp-mates, I found that I am the only person experiencing this. After relaunching the launcher it still attempts to patch the client.

(2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_634044-630374_WIN.PATCH: 65.5% - DOWNLOADING 261.23 MB / 841.36 MB

Help would be appreciated :)

UPDATE:

My sisi launcher is now repeatedly attempting to re-download the same patch, over and over! I need some help with this, people !

Did you check that you are actually pointing your Singularity installation's launcher at Singularity? The version numbers indicate that you are connecting to Sisi from your TQ installation, so the launcher tries to downgrade your installation.

Friend of walking avatars, currently hibernating until he gets to open that door.

How can I check that? I can't see any paths in the launcher settings (i'm a bit of a tech failure).

You are correct, the shortcut was opening the launcher from my TQ folder.

Is there any way to retrieve past patches without having to re-download?

The launcher should always sync your client installation to the version required by the server you are pointing to, but if it fails to do that, then please provide the logfile from the launcher run which can be found in the [path to eve]\launcher\cache folder and is called something like launcher.2013.10.25.log.
