all destroyers at lvl 5
assault, covert ops, interceptors and EAS at lvl 5

10m sp in gunnery (all small gunery specialisations at lvl5 + all support skills at lvl 5)
5m sp in missiles (rocket, light missiles and torpedo spec. at lvl4 + support skils at lvl 5 or 4)

solid scanning, scout drones, navigation, fitting skills (most at lvl 4)

since no one offered the starting bid ill give it a few more days then. i think 9bil is a fair price since i saw chars with much less sp sold for 8bil and this is a really great frigate specialized char.
