That's pretty strange, I would imagine that your ticket has been closed by the system by now. I'd advise you to re-file it and detail your issue again.

As for 36 hours, depending on petition system load, it can take a few days to receive a response. We apologize for the wait, your ticket will be picked up as soon as it gets to the front of the queue.

Locking this thread, as it constitutes a rant. Hopefully you guys can get things sorted in the next few days. Smile
