36 hours and still response from cpp

Took 2 years off, came back other day activated 2 accts, and wanted to put a plex on another act. I used hours for plex on my first acct, checked it out, and then paid monthly with a cc. 2nd acct i put 3 months on. Now i have another acct i want to put a plex on. I havent used it for 2 years, but there is no time for plex on it. so i cant add an ingame plex to it. I have submitted a ticket to get this fixed ingame and by email, and 36 hours still no response. Is this wait normal? They got back to me in under an hour when I asked about the names of the old accounts so i can activate them. Seems excessively long, and truly is taking the wind out of my sails about the game.

how do you do this? And what is this? I did send an ingame ticket on the account with the Plex

That's got to be a record. They usually stop responding to me within minutes.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

why not just use CC on account you want to use with plex pay the 14,95 then once activated use a plex, your gonna be putting more money on 3rd account eventually anyways.

Support tickets can take up to two weeks for a response.

Depending on the current ticket queue.

I wouldn't get worried until 7 days.

CCP doesn't outsource their support to Indian tech centers like some MMOs.

I've had ticket take over a month to be answered. CCP customer service leaves much to be desired.

I have a ticket regarding a 16 billion scam in a CCP-endorsed event: open for over two weeks, not a single reply yet (never mind a solution).

They should consider that, the support would be better.

ccp support has some of the worst customer support i have ever seen. They rarley listen, give you an standard reply.
And the sollution is all about the interpetation of the person who is wanting to help.

So if your support is in your Alliance then all is possible if not your screwed..

If you can't be bothered to write the title of your thread correctly, why do you expect CCP to treat your complaint as more urgent than the rest of the playerbase?

Why don't you just buy a 60 day gtc for isk the character on that account and transfer the isk to it and then accept the transfer through account management like we've been doing since before plex existed.

See I can be a douche and correct your grammar too. If you scrutinize him for assuming that all players are native English speakers then why do you correct his grammar? Maybe he himself isn't a native English speaker.
