Bastion Skill requirement locked in?

Has High Energy Physics 4 been decided as the skill needed for bastion? I'd like to get it trained on TQ in preparation for Rubicon, but as a combat pilot this skill is useless to me, so I dont want to train it if CCP is going to change the Bastion skill requirement.

EDIT: Honestly I would like to see this changed to something more useful, like Tactical Weapons Reconfiguration. But I will settle for a yes or no on if this is locked in and here to stay.

it only takes 5 or 6 days to train up anyway, during which time the bastion module will still be decreasing to a reasonable price anyway so just wait for it to be released

Last I heard CCP said it isn't locked in yet so train it at your own risk.

If that's the case - then CCP should give an option of if you want to keep the points or if you want free SP.

Or ya know...they could just go ahead and confirm it now and save some headache for everyone. There is only so much time and SP is priceless.

This is unneeded i think. No reason for free SP. I just want a simple yes or no on whether of not HEP4 is the requirement so I can get it done and trained on TQ, or hold off on it. I'd also like it changed to a more relevant skills for combat toons, because as it is now, it offers absoultely nothing to the rest of my ships.

But CCP will be CCP, so if HEP 4 it is, than so be it. Just Tell me if it's here to stay.
