When you combine this story with this obvious propaganda piece from this source.

What we can infer from this is that CCP Guard did indeed take off, but due to too much or too little alcohol subsequently crashed either accidentally or intentionally. And was moved to a fresh clone.

A comment seems to be spot on: it's a helicopter landing at the hospital, as the strobes can be seen flashing for a few seconds after it lands.

Uh, I don't get how this is an "ufo". I would understand it if it actually went back up to the air and zoom away, except it didn't and "landed" into the town. So... wtf? People need brains.
