Why must NPCs have better looking ships?

CONCORD Police Captain, among many un-ownable ships.

Why can't ships like these be decommissioned for capsuleer use?

just to be more realistic ill say rat skins alot of them are rather nice
always makes me a bit sad when i see a serpentis thorax and they basicly put civilian guns on that amazing hull

What I would absolutely love is an EoM Apocalypse.

Then the market for limited edition ships would plummet (like the Sarum Magnate and Sukuuvesta Heron)

Other ships which provide module boosts like the Guardian-Vexor would still be valuable but the paint-custom rares would soon die out and be worthless.

If you can't get enough frustrated in every aspect of this game, then you not the right customer for CCP.

If they introduce a paint shop they should do it in a way where you can create your own color templates and can can sell the template for isk or just the service to paint one ship with it.

Sadly, the versions that are around that can actually be piloted don't pwn nearly as hard as the NPC versions. Sad

As much as I agree that semi-nerfed playable Jove and Concord ships need to happen... I am far more interested in seeing model development spent on making T2 hulls look unique (yet still harken back to their T1 version). Kind of like what you guys did with the Stealth Bombers....
