vagabond engaging ratting raven / with one heavy neut have to dissengage or is lost.
Isthar doing the same will utterly destroy the raven.

Its all situational. Anyway lets wait and see upcoming changes are just first step, maybe in second, third iteration of crucible you will be pleasantly suprised.

And yes blaster ships are good only for station games and gank stuff.. AFAIK ... but i never flied them nor i use hybrid turrets so .

You are right, we Gallente are to be thanked for helping you escape the amarr slavers. I am still wondering why haven't you given us your amazing technology that allows projectiles being fired without the use of capacitor, but I've heard that by the end of the month our turrets will advance and will be in par with yours!

Well actually gallente is very useful when you fly Dramiels, Daredevils, Cynabals and Machariels.

For everything else sub cap is crap, ho w8 true there are arazus/lachesis using long points because their E-war is crap too.
