Mavericks users unable to launch game.

retina Macbook Pro
2.6ghz i7
16Gb DDR3
Nvidia GT650m
512gb Samsung 830

Mac os x 10.9

The game doesn't even launch. I reported this bug more than a week ago regarding the mavericks GM, but have nothing but been brushed off about this, and now its going to affect a huge amount of people.

We have started A thread thread over in the Mac support forum, but we all know that subforum is completely dead these days, as the sticky still says Retribution 1.1.

This is a very serious issue that impedes out ability to update our skill queues, since the bug that actually enables us to play the game without freezing has still yet to be fixed, despite being acknowledged as a known defect.

I have submitted bug reports, I have tried to reach out via twitter regarding either my bug report or the fact that on many machines the game is straight up unplayable, and all I got was a "we haven't even tested it on an OS that's been available for months and is coming out tomorrow". This is nothing except an embarrassment and you should be ashamed to even pretend to have a Mac version of this game.


I want a refund or a fix.. This product no longer functions, despite CCP selling it. I want to play your game CCP. I want to give you my money. But I no longer can, despite your support team lying about mac support.

Fix the lockup issue.
Fix the startup issue.

Or reimburse us for your incompetence.
