Where is my 2nd decade CE items?

I had activated my 2nd Decade CE EVE code this noon.
But when I login EVE I did not see any thing, only CCP Mystery Code of one PLEX is there.
I thought maybe server is busy, so I wait it till night. And I check it right now. I still nothing.

I knaw some other thing will come later with myster code.
But all of this below is missing.

none of it shows after I activated my code.


Is any one had same problem?

what are the alliance special addition assests? thats not the ships is it?

Did you activate both the mystery code AND the in game item codes?


Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Go back to account management, try again.

If it still doesn't work, petition it.

I did the same thing, and realized exactly what I'd done wrong. Activation system took my code the second time, no problem.
