Requirements:

-you can fly a/all T3(s)
-you can use a microphone
-you don't cry when your ship explodes
-you honor ransoms if you offer them

That's pretty much it. If you want to join up with a small crew that doesn't treat eve like a second job because you probably already have one, send one of the recruiters a convo. You can join us in comms and see if you find us remotely tolerable. Don't just apply because if we don't have any idea who you are we're just going to reject the app.

We live in a Class 5 Magnetar with a Static Class 5 and have a working WH mapper to make things a bit easier.

Edit: We are mostly US TZ with most activity being between 6pm-12am MST

It's usually armor comp fleets, T3s and Guardians. And our fleets really vary in size, we can pull 15-20 on a good day and on the not so good days we're looking at anywhere from 3-10. We don't always fly T3s though, our smaller fleets will be built based on what kind of PvP we want to do and where we are fighting plays a big factor in how we ship. Other WHs may have certain bonuses we want to take advantage of.

We have a lot of college students with odd schedules and myself I work 2 jobs. Right now the activity on any given day can be scarce to having everyone online. Those lulls in activity is the reason we're trying to get a few more people.

Definitely, the T3/Guardian doctrine is pretty standard in WH space. And depending on which roles we have filled we also have a few people that are max boosting capable as well.
