Singularity Launcher Wont Update, Mac OSX

I have a Singularity client on my Mac (10.8.5) which has worked before, before Rubicon.The launcher now tries to download the update to the launcher but it just loops and loops never updating itself.

Any know fixes for this as i would like to test Rubicon on a Mac OSX based system.

Hm, I'm on Mac OS X 10.7.5 and I haven't had that problem.

Maybe you're getting that because the test server is down atm?

Well the test server is up and its not patching the launcher
