issues with Eve Vegas codes

I went to Eve Vegas and got the code for the in-game shirt. I entered it in and it said "success!" But I got no item. So I submitted a support ticket. But it seems to have disappeared. Well, I can make another. But maybe it disappeared because I used the wrong category.

What category do I use for problems with redeeming items?

Also I used the code on a different account than the one I used to buy the Eve Vegas ticket, and submitted the first support ticket on that other account.
