Second chance (First Idea)

I really like EVE Online. But...

I've been noticing for some time that there are a significant numbers of players who
would like a new beginning, a new path. Some players (like me) want to follow the
Factional Warfare way without have in their curriculum other FWs, Alliances or Corps
Others would rather like to reset an awful Stands with some Corps/Empires.

In EVE you must have an extensive knowledge of many topics in order to play well. In this process, many choices are taken in the dark, so the reset will be an opportunity to make things right. For further emphasis: You may not require that
child do something right, because he/she has not enough experience. The same logic can be applied to a rookie player in EVE Online.

Thus, it would be interesting if you could reset your character JUST a single
time (account bound) and not before 1 year of playing. This would give a chance for
many beginners learn about the mechanics of the game and set their preferences for
thereafter take the path that pleases you more, without the burden of bad choices
earlier and without "losing" your Skills in process.

How Char Reset works:

- Restart the life of a character;
- Rename the Character;
- Change appearance Character;
- Zero the stands with all the NPC Corporations and Agents;
- Reset the Security Status;
- Clear the list (Employers) of the Corporations;
- Delete the history from Kill and Loss;
- Delete all EVE-Mails and Notifications;
- Clean all contacts and Wallets.

What would keep:

- The information that is generated in the creation of Character.
- Your Skills Points
- All Skills trained.
- Queued in training or skills would be paused until the reset complets.
- Implants
- Wallet

Other issues:

- All transactions in Market would be cancelled and the items / ships would be left in Item Hangar.
- All contacts would be cancelled
- Destruction of all clones created with the previous char
- The cost of the Reset would be 3 Plex

What would be the benefits for the player?

The chance of a SINGLE (re)start. I'm sure many players who did not play often today, will
return to play with more enthusiasm, especially, the ones who made a regretable decision.

A new beginning! You could be extremely aggressive, both in PvP and in politics. Or be pacifist, or whatever you desire. After 1 year, there is a possibility of transforming the game's atmosphere in something more stable. Actions like: spying,
treacheries, thefts, shifting alliances, aggressive policy and diplomacy would give a great spicy in Null-Sec activities without compromise or fear the future.

What the CCP (the game) get out of it?

It is obvious!

First: the return of a lot of players who would spent most
time in the game raising stands with the empire or add new relationships with other
players, Corps and Alliances.

Second: The Creation of new accounts so a player may engage in a series of activities. For example. a player could clear is bad reputation.

Third: The infiltration of spies with more powerful
role in null-sec, new alliances and corps with the command old with players extremely experienced.
Not to mention all rearrangement stands, KIS, diplomacy, balance
power and many surprises.

Exists in EVE - as well as in real life - concerning the matters of a drastic change a dense fog of "Politically Correct" position. Many follow this choir to appear
"Tuned" with some kind of "EVE Gurus", while others defend their own petty interests. I think, if something comes to benefit and
improve the lives of the players it would be well thought and implemented.

I know that will be many arguments against my proposition, both mechanical and political, but all of them can be circumvented. and even mechanical argue against, but not
believe are not circumvented. In a broad aspect, and the possibility of this general
feature would point more positives than negatives possible in the game.

No Honor Among Thives (Second Idea)

I have an idea. I think, you guys (CCP) could create a flag/tag for robbed items in High-Sec areas. The illegal objects could only be sold in Low/Null-Sec Systems. Also, there should be a way (like a invention in blueprints with a chance of success) to remove the stolen mark from an equipment and make it available to be sold in High-Sec. My goal is to make things more interesting for the gankers, their victims and low/null-Sec inhabitants. Well, this is just a thought.

NO! because... well you would know if you used the search function.

Jint Hikaru - Miner / Salvager / Explorer / SpaceBum In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Sell your character, buy one with similar skills.

(Second Idea) - how does the game know an item was robbed/stolen. If someone takes something from their corp, its only because they were granted access to it in the first place.

Biomass your character and create a new one. Reward is all the stuff you want, risk is losing all the SP you trained.

Otherwise no.

Gawd no. If you lost everything maybe but really, the suggestion of just selling your character is a good one.
