Issues, Workarounds & Localization

The Corp i am in was a 2 man corp.
Since i needed the standings to put up a pos i kicked the member with lower standings before downtime, still the standings didnt update at downtime.
The other member (now only member and ceo) is in the corp from more than 7 downtimes.
I'm referring to the unmodified standings.
I already cleared the cache using the client dedicated function.
Did i interpret the rule that "Corp standings are calculated as average among the members that joined the corp from 7 downtimes" wrongly or there is an error somewhere else?

Look to Tau Cabalander's (he could write a minibook about his eve knowledge and i always found that he was spot on in his answers) and some other answers, and several other posts that explains it in the same way (i will not bother to link em all, a quick google search on the part of whoever is interested will do)

As such, it tought that the 7 days "migration" regarding the corp standings was actually outdated info, i already submitted a ticket because like most thing this kind of information is buried in thick mist of the many who have experienced it on their skin instead of being publicy available on a CCP approved source....

Btw this is the exact words that appears on the client (Corporation window/standing tab, right click on any faction/corp, "show compositions"):

"NPC standings towards a player corporation are calculated from the average of all members' individual standings. Only members that are in the player corporation for more than seven days straight count toward the standing average."

To note, it doesnt mention any "slow migration" or when the average standing is calculated.
