Does anyone know how much these will be yet?

Is there any indication from the test server maybe?

Yes, yes. I'm well aware of that.

Just wondered if one of the data mining gurus that have been providing all the info on the new ships somehow had access to it.

My guess is about 60% more ISK than the previous tier BPOs, like all BC & BS.
So about 540M.

I'd guess 500-600 mil myself for the base price. I figure CCP will probably ape bs BPO pricing schemes. Glancing at bs BPO, the ratio between tier 1 and tier 2 is a touch higher than the ratio between tier 2 and tier 3 (roughly 1.52 factor increase in price). The similar factor for the difference between tier 1 and tier 2 bc is roughly 1.58 with 216 mil for tier 1 and 342 mil for tier 2. Continuing that ratio yields base cost 541.5 mil for tier 3. If we're putting together a betting pool, my best guess would be 535 mil.

Note that you probably will end paying more than base cost, since NPC sell prices go up as people buy the stock more frequently.

Although you can data mine information out of the client, all active market orders are kept server side. So, although the information may be sitting somewhere in a CCP server, it isn't something you'd be able to data mine.

As far as I know, at least.

Had a quick look on the test server a couple of hours ago, the mineral requirements were about 50% greater to build a Naga compared to a Drake. I can confirm the BPO will cost 100 ISK.

Probably more then 400M, because that's about what the tier2 BC BPOs cost. And the tier1 BC BPOs start at around 550-600M ISK. So I'd guess somewhere in the 500M range, maybe even 550-600M ISK.

If the figures above are correct (I find myself lacking space for a SISI build right now) we can start some basic calculations.

Below is a breakdown of mineral weights, ie. the proportion of each mineral as a percentage of build costs. Sample mineral prices taken from Jita sell orders earlier today. Bear in mind that the costs below would represent an unresearched blueprint and so are higher than normal production would see:

Tritanium £3.37
Pyrite £4.34
Mexallon £33.11
Isogen £60.79
Nocxium £509.88
Zydrine £787.97
Megacyte £2,799.32

Naga
Tritanium 4,033,115 - £13,591,597.55 - 28.37%
Pyrite 1,009,916 - £4,383,035.44 - 9.15%
Mexallon 278,265 - £9,213,354.15 - 19.23%
Isogen 28,821 - £1,752,028.59 - 3.66%
Nocxium 20,401 - £10,402,061.88 - 21.71%
Zydrine 5,946 - £4,685,269.62 - 9.78%
Megacyte 1,385 - £3,877,058.20 - 8.09%
£47,904,405.43

Oracle
Tritanium 5,764,829 - £19,427,473.73 - 41.05%
Pyrite 1,232,882 - £5,350,707.88 - 11.31%
Mexallon 309,520 - £10,248,207.20 - 21.65%
Isogen 50,241 - £3,054,150.39 - 6.45%
Nocxium 0 - £0.00 - 0.00%
Zydrine 4,874 - £3,840,565.78 - 8.12%
Megacyte 1,931 - £5,405,486.92 - 11.42%
£47,326,591.90

Talos
Tritanium 4,760,540 - £16,043,019.80 - 30.42%
Pyrite 1,059,924 - £4,600,070.16 - 8.72%
Mexallon 355,519 - £11,771,234.09 - 22.32%
Isogen 0 - £0.00 - 0.00%
Nocxium 22,248 - £11,343,810.24 - 21.51%

£52,747,054.85

Tornado
Tritanium 4,339,533 - £14,624,226.21 - 35.23%
Pyrite 1,082,571 - £4,698,358.14 - 11.32%
Mexallon 261,537 - £8,659,490.07 - 20.86%
Isogen 77,466 - £4,709,158.14 - 11.34%

Megacyte 1,828 - £5,117,156.96 - 12.33%
£41,511,060.55

(if any forum devs reading, having a code block feature like the old forums would greatly aid in displaying tabular data)

EDIT:

By means of comparison, the same figures for a perfect Drake and Hurricane are below. Note that the below figures are perfect achievable, and as such costs are not directly comparable; mineral weights however will be comparable.

Drake
Tritanium 2,444,312 - £8,237,331.44 - 28.37%
Pyrite 612,070 - £2,656,383.80 - 9.15%

Based on the same numbers pulled from Sisi so far, the NPC Market Cost of the BPOs can be determined as follows:

Take the required material amount and divide by 1.10 (to eliminate built-in wastage factor) and we arrive at the "base" required material amount.

Take that amount and multiply by the "Base Price" of each mineral, as established by CCP in the halcyon days of yore:

  • Tritanium = 2
  • Pyerite = 8
  • Mexallon = 32
  • Isogen = 128
  • Nocxium = 512
  • Zydrine = 2048
  • Megacyte = 8192
  • Morphite = 32768 (not used here, but good to know anyways)

Sum the resulting products, and you get the "Base Build Cost" established by CCP. Note that this has no effect whatsoever on the actual build cost of the item in question, but is simply a variable used to determine other values in-game.

Take this "Base Build Cost" and multiply by 10, and you get the "Base Blueprint Price" of the BPO itself:

  • Naga Blueprint = 570,052,000 ISK
  • Oracle Blueprint = 577,500,680 ISK
  • Talos Blueprint = 600,012,800 ISK
  • Tornado Blueprint = 547,500,840 ISK

Actual NPC Market prices can fluctuate ±10% depending on recent demand for that blueprint. You'll notice that most extant blueprints have already hit their -10% floor due to massive oversupply compared to player demand. Early mass purchases of these blueprints may well drive their NPC price to the +10% ceiling.

So, assuming CCP doesn't change the mineral requirements and assuming that these blueprints work like every other blueprint in the game, then we can get a spread of possible prices of:

  • Naga Blueprint = 513,046,800 - 627,057,200 ISK
  • Oracle Blueprint = 519,750,612 - 635,250,748 ISK
  • Talos Blueprint = 540,011,520 - 660,014,080 ISK
  • Tornado Blueprint = 492,750,756 - 602,250,924 ISK

Here is another tip....

Be the first to login and buy on the server and if a particular thing happens you can profit 20%, but if doesn't you can still profit about 10%..

Just be sure to be online right at server start-up and buy BPOs, sell them 12 hours later for a nice markup.

building these ships might be decently profitable as the volume on market will be large, they are ideal for gank pvp and they are weak tanked >>> they will die often ;)
