I wamt to try an Epic Arc misssion

I've found an EA agent but it keeps telling me to come back later, like 30 times ? is this normal ?

It sounds like you don't have sufficient standings with the agent's corp/faction.

as mx suggests ... you may not have adequate standings for the starter agent.

Another possibility, I suppose, is that the agent you're talking to is not a starter agent, but one of the agents you'd visit during the arc ... or even that the three month timer has not elapsed since you last ran that arc (seems unlikely).

You should be able to sort the problem out by reading the relevant guide from the link that goose has posted.

Looks like you're a relatively new player (less than 2 months) so you'll want to do the level 1 Sisters of Eve Epic Arc - The Blood-Stained Stars.

The SoE lv 1 arc is usually mentioned to the player after completing the 10-part mission series offered from each of the 5 different Career Agents. If you haven't already completed missions for a set of 5 Career Agents located in 1 of 3 different systems for your specific Faction, then it is highly advised that you do so before starting the Epic Arc.
