Broken Skill Training "Status" (Completion Imminent)

I injected the skill-book, and applied SP to level it to 5. I did it level by level using the sp allocation tool, however on the last level I might have entered a number with too many digits or a number containing a "-" at the beginning... I only say that as when I did level Five it said -720,000 SP and the progress bar went to the left outside the box. I thought this could of been a client side error and simply re-started EvE: SiSi. I re-connected and was presented with the problem I see now.

This is also what led me to think I only had 6mil SP :/ I thought I had SP added (due to it being "subtracted") to the starting amount.

I am still capable of training other skills while this bug is in effect.
I am still capable of installing and removing implants while this bug is in effect.
I am still capable of utilizing jump clones while this bug is in effect.

However:
The skill queue has a tendency to automatically stop training skills at random times and just pauses after a login.
To begin training anything I must empty the queue out completely, add 1 skill to train, click apply, make sure it begins training, and then fill the rest of the queue and apply agian. If the queue stops for any reason this must be repeated.

What I've done since then:
Multiple poddings
Jump Cloned
Injected books
Cleared Queue
Clicked Pause on the skill in my character information
Clicked Pause under the skill queue itself
Re-Installed my client
Attempted to preform the same actions while running 2 clients out of the same directory (usually no issues).
Skilled up a second account using Masstest SP perfectly fine.


Note to CCP Habakuk: After you paused my queue, when I logged in, the skill training (Mechanics IV) Had the same completion imminent text next to the skill progress bar, it dissapeared the moment the skill was added to the queue. Is there any way you can remove the skill completely from my toon and refund the sp it cost, then allow me to apply sp to level 5? Or just remove the skill and add it yourself @ level 5?

Moving back to Database "A" broke my skill training again.

Issue now stands as un-resolved, once more.

Can I get some support please?
It's sorta been a week, and I can't spend any of the SP I mass-tested for :/
