I have always been a huge fan of EVE online because they have survived the test of time while caring about their players. CCP has also figured a good way to incorporate a system for using in-game currency to buy time for the account giving players who make good money the ability to play free, something I can't think of any other game has done.

Although, as vigilant as I am, I noticed a discrepancy in the redeemable items for EVE online. Has anyone else noticed after you enter your code for the EVE online items and in-game you're looking at all the items in the redeem window, the Gnosis blueprint is actually a BPO and once redeemed it magically turns into a BPC?

Now I know what everyone is thinking, "You were told it was a 5-run copy", but when I saw it was an original that didn't need materials I thought they changed something and got excited.

This was a let down to me, couldn't you program the redeem system to recognize that it was supposed to be a 5-run BPC? Also can stuff like this be changed in the future? When I buy a Third Decade Box I would like to see exactly what I'm getting so I don't have to feel tricked.

Did it actually say BPO? I know there's always been a confusion about the denotation between BPO and BPC. In particular, that differing icons was only a new-ish thing to the game.

Never once did I say I wanted anything from this...hiccup. I'm just pointing it out so that maybe it can be fixed and that no one else finds this in bad taste and rants all over a chat window or the forums about something that has nothing to do with the BP.

If theyre going to call it Eve: the second decade collector edition, shouldn't it have the EA symbol somewhere on the box? The first 10 years were EA-free, the start of the second 10 years seems be quite the opposite.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

So you werne't even tricked, you knew it was supposed to be a BPC, you saw a window that made you think they were about to give you a BPO for a previously limited supply ship. So your complaint is that your briefly got excited about something absurd that you knew you would never get in the first place? And you then felt tricked?

Get over it.

"**CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"**

Never forget.

Only difference between a BPC and a BPO is the number of "Licensed Production Runs Remaining".

How many does it show in the redemption window? "Infinite" is a BPO.
