@ Pepper:

Relax the shoulders more, and maybe lose the glasses - they seem to have a weird no-transparency effect (hair doesn't show through it where it should).

I'm also not a big fan of the background, too static. Conflicts too much with the colors of your character.
Lastly, I think you'd look more distuingished with a different shirt.

Face is well done, I like it.
Just not feeling the details at all.

The lighting makes your arm appear in a different color but I'm not sure if you can do anything about that?

Since your face takes up most of the space, maybe using a simpler background would be better?

Nice otherwise, I'm a sucker for the hair over the face/glasses look

The character setup is pretty nice tho.
The camera and background could use some work to bring out the character.

For some reason the subject's head appears to have slightly too out of placel features.
Target(s) of observation:
Ears - tiny.
Eyes - tiny.
Forehead - large.

Observation two:
Light shed on subject's outerwear creates a too stark contrast in comparison to the other tones in the capture presented.

Rating:
Seven out of Ten.

Suggestions:
Place subject infront of a different setting.
Adjust the position of your lightsource.
Exchange your outerwear to one of more distuingished nature - your features permit it.
